PurePC confirmed yesterday that they have GeForce GTX 1060 Founders Edition for review. Today they disclosed some information about the new Graphics card along with pictures. The mid-range graphics card from NVIDIA will be powered through a single PCI-Express 6 – pin connector and PCB is also quite short labeled as PG410.

New report suggests the new GeForce GTX 1060 will be around 15% faster in gaming and about 1.4 times more power efficient than the rival, RX 480. It was also reported that the graphics card will be competing directly against the new AMD RX 480 so it would be priced around $200 (more or less). Also, it is rumored for release on July 7th.
The GeForce GTX 1060 is equipped with a simple cooling system with a fan turbine and offers five video outputs as a DVI, one HDMI and three DisplayPort 2.0. On the other hand, it has been confirmed that it will not support Sli configuration.
Two custom variants from ASUS camp has been listed on European online store. Asus Strix GTX 1060 Gaming priced at 472 euros and Asus Strix GTX 1060 Gaming OC for 499 euros. Both Graphics cards are listed as 8 GB models. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 will come in two variants with 3GB and 6GB of GDDR5 memory and also the prices are definitely not of the GTX 1060.
