We finally have leaked specifications of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, which could be the final offer from NVIDIA side to compete with AMD in mid-low range graphics card market segment.

The GeForce GTX 1050 would use GP107 silicon manufactured on a lithograph of 16nm FinFET under Pascal architecture which would offer 768 CUDA Cores (512 CUs less than the GeForce GTX 1060) with 64 TMUs and 32 ROPs. It would come at a reference Base / Turbo frequency of 1316/1380 MHz coupled with 4 GB of GDDR5 memory @ 7.00 GHz backed by a memory interface of 128 bits resulting in a bandwidth of 112.1 GB / s with 52.1 GPixels and 84.2 GTexels.

Probably the most interesting thing about NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 is its power consumption, which would be less than 75W, so it would not require any external PCI-Express connector to give life. Although custom variants will come with at least one PCI-Express 6 – pin connector with better frequencies. Regarding its release date it is expected to be available by the middle of October.
