Since last year, there have been reports regarding Nokia is working on an Android smartphone. Speculations geared up lately and we saw the concept images of the Nokia’s first ever Android smartphone until earlier this month, when Nokia officially announced its smartphone named as Nokia 6.

Nokia 6 Goes Out of Stock in a Minute on Launch Day

As announced, the HMD Global launched the first stock of Nokia 6 today in China, which went out of stock within a minute of its launch. We are yet to be provided with the number of units which ran out of stock within a minute, but, the smartphone received over 1 million registrations for its first flash sales just in two days after the official reveal of the smartphone on January 4th.

Nokia had been a market leader for almost a half decade and the first flash sales of the Nokia 6 will help to boost the effort of the company to continue making the Android powered smartphones. It also shows the spirit existing Nokia lovers who are ready to buy the phone once it gets available.

Currently, the Nokia 6 is available only in China and soon, it will be available in India and the rest of the part of the world. The phone runs latest Android 7.0 Nougat and is around priced around $245 and 230 euros. The smartphone is powered through a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC (4x @ 1.50 GHz + 4x 1.20 GHz + GPU Adreno 505) attached to 4 GB of RAM LPDDR3 with 64 GB of internal expandable storage and with the support 3000 mAh battery.
