Last night, Sony announced sequel of its popular action game, Nioh 2 during its press conference at E3. The game is being developed by Team Ninja while Koei Tecmo being the publisher.

It was good to hear about the sequel of a game which received good public and critic scores. However, just the announce trailer was showcased while no gameplay trailer was revealed.

Just like the first installment in the franchise, the game is announced for PlayStation 4 only, but there is a possibility that it might get revealed for PC platform later on, which was the case with first Nioh.

While the reports suggests that the game managed to sell over 2 million copies, which is a positive sign being PS4 exclusive for a couple of months and getting Windows release later on. This turned out to be the biggest success for Koei Tecmo in the west, and now this sequel shows new opportunities for the developers.
