After confirming that the next Nexus 6 in its phablet variant will be manufactured by Huawei, now Evan Blass best known for his work on Evleaks has revealed the first confirmed specifications of the smartphone, although there are not too many surprises down the road.
Regarding rumors, it keeps the screen Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) 5.7 inch coming alive but not yet released by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, compared to the initial rumors it would be equipped with Snapdragon 810. We find a phablet made of metal equipped with fingerprint sensor, a port USB Type-C, the operating system Android M, and will arrive later this year.
While this potential Huawei-made Nexus sounds intriguing — particularly with premium construction, a high-res screen and an all-new processor — we’re still a few months out from the usual timeframe for Nexus launches.
