We knew that the MSI is going to release the GTX 980 Ti Lightning in coming months as the company teased this beast before, back in June 2015. And now we have the detailed technical specifications of GTX 980 Ti Lightning. The new GPU will be launched to counter the EVGA GTX 980 Ti K|NGP|N.
MSI GTX 980 Ti Lightning Specifications and Pictures Revealed
MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti Lightning is specially designed for extreme Overclocking, where Overclockers use unconventional methods of cooling. The card is based on Maxwell GM200 and 6 GB of GDDR5 memory 384-bit with clock speeds of 1203 and turbo boost to 1303 MHz, 1774 MHz (memory) and by the way pretty good potential for additional OC. The card is equipped with a new Tri-Frozr cooler.
