Konami has announced that the PC version of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes will cost you $19.99 and it will be available on Steam from tomorrow at 10:00 PST/13:00 EST.

Price is same as the latest-Gen console versions, but the PC version will feature improved graphics, better rich textures and lighting system. Konami also detailed the benefits that players will receive by having Gtound Zeroes when The Phantom Pain will release:

“When you play METAL GEAR SOLID V: GROUND ZEROES PC version (MGSV:GZ), there are a variety of benefits when you take over the data to METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHAMTOM PAIN PC version (MGSV:TPP).
Mother Base Staff
If you would rescue prisoners or unique characters, you can use them as Mother Base staff.
The costume Snake wears in MGSV:GZ will be available in MGSV:TPP.
*The game of MGSV:GZ and its save data are necessary when you will receive the benefits of data take over.”

Finally, Konami has updated the minimum and recommended requirements:
