After being launched for consoles in October 2015, the online portion of the Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain finally makes its debut on the PC platform – in the form of beta after being announced at the Konami Twitch channel and later news in Steam.
Metal Gear Online – Beta now available on Steam
To access it, go to the Beta tab in properties of the game on Steam, and select “ver_1.0.6,0 -” as shown below:
In the game you can play in various modes including Bounty Hunter mode, which puts a value on the head of each enemy, and when removing the Fulton globe, we will score points to win the match.
To give more dynamic style of play, the studio has decided to add specific devices that are not in the campaign of the original game, completely changing the way to play it.
Remember that this is a beta and as such, we can find an unexpected error connection or other various bugs. The final version does not yet have a definite date, but hopefully it will soon rollout, based on the feedback given by the community.
