Apple has announced the launch of new MacBook Pro, and in this post we cover all about available models. In the variant of 13 inches there are no less than four different models (3 new + 1 old), while for the 15 – inch the variants are reduced to three (2 new + 1 old), each new variant is available in space gray and silver.

To summarize these new MacBook Pro, finally they all are equipped with Intel Skylake processors with the addition of LPDDR3 @ 2133 MHz memory (yes! No DDR4), incorporating an M.2 SSD storage, backlit keyboard with mechanical switches, a touch pad that doubles in size, new sound system, the Touch Bar, an elongated screen and up to 10 hours of battery life.
MacBook Pro 13-inch (1.37 kg & 14.9 mm)
The basic model starts at 1,699 euros equipped with Core i5 dual core @ 2.00 / 3.10 GHz (Skylake) coupled with 8 GB of memory LPDDR3 @ 1866 MHZ, an SSD of 256 GB of capacity and Intel Iris Graphics 540 graphics.
For 1,999 euros processor increases to a Base / Turbo frequency of 2.90 / 3.30 GHz (Skylake), add 8 GB of LPDDR3 @ 2133 MHz memory, Intel Iris Graphics 550, and Touch ID next to the fingerprint reader. For 2,199 euros, the same team, but with a SSD of 512 GB. The fourth model is from the previous generation with an outdated Intel Broadwell CPU for 1,449 euros.
MacBook Pro 15-inch (1.83 kg & 15.5 mm)
In addition to increasing the screen size, we welcome an Intel Core i7 quad – core @ 2.60 / 3.50 GHz (Skylake) processor with 16 GB of LPDDR3 @ 2133 MHz memory, an SSD of 256 GB, AMD Radeon Pro 450 graphics with 2GB of dedicated memory (add 240 euros for a Radeon 460 Pro with 4GB VRAM), the Touch Bar with Touch ID.
For 3,199 euros processor timidly up to the 2.70 / 3.60 GHz, SSD capacity doubles to the 512 GB, and graphics increase about AMD Radeon Pro 455 (add 120 euros for Radeon Pro 460). The old model is equipped with Intel Broadwell (i7, 16GB DDR3, 256GB SSD and Intel iGPU) stays at the 2,249 euros.
