The company Lenovo has unveiled a new version of the laptop Thinkpad X1 Carbon, which is based on the Intel Broadwell Processor.
Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 2015 is even lighter than last year’s model (1.31 kg instead of 1.36 kg), and so no doubt it is one of the lightest in its class structure – all thanks to a carbon fiber body. The manufacturer has applied here a screen size of 14 inches, but this time you can view the picture in Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), or even WQHD (2560 x 1440 pixels). Optionally, added the ability to support touch (10-point).
A new feature is the Intel Core i7 generation Broadwell (with integrated HD graphics 5500). In addition, available up to 8GB DDR3 and SSD with a capacity of up to 512GB. Also includes wireless connection card corresponds to a WI-Fi 802.11ac standard, Bluetooth 4.0 and LTE.
The whole operation will be run under the operating system Windows 8.1 64-bit. Built-in battery should last up to 10.9 hours of work, so 2.7 hours longer than the previous version.
