Lenovo has confirmed the existence of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1160 as the company listed graphics card in its gaming laptops Lenovo Legion Y530 and Legion Y7000P.

If there are no surprises in between, the GeForce GTX 1160 is expected to be a GeForce RTX 2060 but without the Tensor Cores or RT cores, so it would lose the ability to employ the RayTracing or DLSS technologies implemented in the Turing architecture. Officially, the GeForce GTX 1160 will arrive with ID ‘ N18E ‘, and it will be available in two variants with 3GB / 6GB of memory, although we still do not know if it will finally use the GDDR6.

On the other hand, if this model exists, there would also be the rumored GeForce GTX 1160 Ti.

Apart from these two graphics cards, there would be the GeForce RTX 2060 which will offer 1536 CUDA Cores with 6GB of GDDR6 memory, but according to Gigabyte leaked details, it will arrive in 6 different variants with GDDR6 / GDDR5 memory and 3GB / 4GB / 6GB VRAM. The GeForce RTX 2060 would be announced in the second week of January during CES 2019, but it is not clear if the GTX 1160 will be announced on the same day or it will arrive later.
