Jesus VR: The story of Christ

As expected, Jesus VR tell the story of Christ, 90 minutes representing his life. During its premiere, there will be no less than 50 virtual reality glasses and attendees can enjoy the first 40 minutes of the film.

This is certainly the effect that producer and director David Hansen wants when he said in a statement: “The viewers truly feel they are there with Jesus and his disciples.  This is the most powerful story of all time and virtual reality is the perfect way to tell it.”

The creators said they were willing to show how immersive and emotive movies built with VR in mind, especially at the level of feature films. Festival organizers are too excited about their new approach using VR in film. Jesus VR: The story of Christ will be released at Christmas for those who have a Google Cardboard, Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift, HTC Live and PlayStation VR.
