Apple released its 5th beta of iOS 8 for developers which got released after 2 weeks of its 4th beta and around 2 months after the new mobile operating system. This is the update notification to iOS 8 beta 5.

The update’s size is 272 mb which will vary depending on what device you install it. There obviously are some changes which include a Wi-Fi calling indicator for T-Mobile users , with the indicator they will now know for sure if they are connected to the service.  

There are a variety of features  including improved integration with OS X through Continuity , a health app , also some improvements to several apps like safari , mail & messages , family sharing features.

Apple has claimed that there bug fixes and improvements in the new software and also some other changes which include changing Home data to homekit in settings > privacy.

At present the iOS 8 is available to only those developers who have registered. The next update i.e. iOS 8 beta 6 is expected to release on 15th August. It is expected that the final version will launch in October , at the same time of the release of Iphone 6.

If you have iOS beta 4 on your iPhone , expect to see th update notification soon and if you don’t get the notification , you can get it from the iOS developer center.
