The details on full Lineup of Skylake-U (Ultra Low Power) CPUs aimed to give life to convertible ultra-portable computers, tablets, and desktops has been leaked. All are built on a manufacturing process of 14nm. The new line of CPUs Skylake-U series is divided into Core i7, Core i5, Core i3, Pentium and Celeron. The most basic model will have a TDP of 7.5W while 15W for the faster model.
The top flagship we have is Core i7-6600U, which will work to a base frequency of 2.60 GHz, Turbo frequency for a single core 3.40 GHz and Turbo frequency for the two cores of 3.20 GHz, while the Core i7-6500U will offer a frequency of 2.50 / 3.10 / 3.00 GHz. Both share the use of Intel HD Graphics 520 Graphics @ 300/1050 MHz, memory support DDR3L / DDR3 / DDR4 (1866/1866/1600 MHz) features 4 MB L3 cache and a TDP of 15W.
Intel Skylake-U CPUs Lineup:
Below we have the Intel Core i5-6300U (3.00 / 2.90 GHz) and Core i5-6200U (2.80 / 2.70 GHz). Intel HD Graphics 520 Graphics down to a speed of 300/1000 MHz, with up to 3 MB cache, and other details are the same found in the i7.
The Core i3-6100U provides a base frequency 2.30 GHz, so that the other information is the same as the i5.
We went down to Intel Pentium 4405, at a frequency of 2.10 GHz without Turbo frequencies and has Intel HD Graphics 510 graphics @ 300/950 MHz. Finally, the 3955 Intel Celeron and Celeron 3855U, both are equipped with two cores and two threads to 2.00 / 1.60 GHz respectively form with Intel HD Graphics 510 graphics @ 300/900 MHz.
