Roman Overclocked Intel Core i9 7900X to stable 4.8GHz with closed loop 280-mm AIO from Corsair camp without “Deliding the CPU.” So, you can expect that with custom water cooling system Core i9-7900X will be able to operate at frequencies up to 4.9 GHz.
