Nothing better than starting this year with some new leaked benchmarks of the Intel Core i9-11900K running the CPU-Z with its 8 cores and 16 threads at a frequency of 5.20 GHz, which allowed it to reach a score of 706 points, big jump in performance against the Intel Core i7-11700K (673 points) or another big jump against the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X (663 points).
Let’s go to what matters, the one that we had anticipated would be its weak point, the multicore performance, but with this frequency the Intel Core i9-11900K reached 7198.8 points, and surprisingly even beating AMD Ryzen 7 5800X (6766 points).
Thus, the Intel Core i9-11900K @ 5.20 GHz is 4.9 percent faster in single core performance than the Intel Core i7-11700K and 6.4 percent faster than the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. In multi-core performance, it is also 6.4 percent faster than its direct rival, the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X.
If we talk about temperatures of the new processor, in below picture we can see that in the worst case, 63ºC was recorded. Though this number doesn’t really make any difference, since the cooling system used is unknown.
