HTC today announced a pair of new Desire 10 series smartphones, the Desire 10 Pro and Desire Lifestyle 10. Both new devices are sharing the use of an aluminum chassis available in several colors.


HTC Desire 10 Pro

The more powerful of the two, built around an IPS panel about 5.5 inches to a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels protected by an unknown version of Corning Gorilla Glass. The device is powered by the Mediatek Helio P10 SoC attached to 4GB RAM with 64 GB of internal storage which is expandable via a MicroSD card.

We have access to a generous primary camera of 20 megapixels with an aperture F / 2.2 and a lens equivalent to 27.8mm supported by an autofocus laser and dual LED flash configuration. On the front we have a camera of 13 megapixels with the same specifications which can capture panoramic selfies at 150 degrees. Information of HTC Desire 10 Pro is complete with connectivity 4G LTE Cat.6 (300/50 Mbps download / upload), WiFi 802.11n (2.4 GHz & 5), Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, GLONASS + AGPS, MicroUSB 2.0. The new smartphone has dimensions of 156.5 x 76 x 7.9 mm thickness and weighing 165 grams. A battery of 3000 mAh capacity and incorporates a fingerprint sensor.

HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle

This device builds on 5.5 inch with HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels giving a density of 267ppi. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 400 SoC, which is already listed as a SoC for wearables. Desire 10 Lifestyle will be available in two configurations, one with 3 GB of RAM / 32 GB of storage and another with 2 GB of RAM with 16GB of storage, both support microSD card.

The rest of the specifications of the HTC Desire Lifestyle 10 includes a primary camera of 13 megapixel F / 2.2 28mm, a front of 5 MP F / 2.8 33.7mm, 4G LTE Cat.4 connectivity  (150/50 Mbps), WiFi 802.11 n (2.4 GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, GLONASS + AGPS, and a battery of 2700 mAh with dimensions of 156.9 x 76.9 x 7.7 mm thickness and weight of 155 grams. Both devices run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box and the possibility of choosing them in black, white, blue and “Valentina Flux” color.
