Previously, in the market when someone is willing to buy a 5k Monitor he has to choose between two 5K resolution display from Apple (27-inch iMac with Retina) and Dell UP2715K. Where the former’s do not support external display signal input, that the latter is an isolated situation. However, during the CES 2015, finally HP is in this race to war with opponents, HP last night brought a 5K resolution display model HP Z27q with the cheapest price tag.

HP Z27q screen size is about 27 inches with a resolution of 5120 × 2880, the pixel density of 218ppi, a brightness of 300nit, 1.07 billion colors, manufacturer has not give any words on the temporarily color gamut data.

The HP Z27q interface is relatively abundant, it has DisplayPort, mini DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI video interface and USB 3.0 data interface, no built-in speakers.

Now come to the attractive apple, which is its price tag, it will be available in the market from next Quarter with a price tag of just $1,299. Which is almost half than the Dell UP2715K.
