Homefront The Revolution, action-shooter developed by Dambusters Studio is all set to get its new update supporting PlayStation 4 Pro and bring a plenty of game fixes.

According to the blog update post on Dambusters’ official website, the studio is working on a new Homefront Revolution update, bringing PS4 Pro support and higher resolution support for the game. The update will be rolled out sometime next month and players will be getting some Sony’s HDR enhancements as well.

The Team have been working incredibly hard, focusing on remaining issues and our third and final DLC, Beyond the Walls. We can’t wait for you to get your hands on it, it’s certainly going to be a breath of fresh air.

Also included, anyone with a PS4 Pro will have the dial turned up a little to see a boost to resolution and performance. There are also some HDR enhancements thrown in there too!

Homefront Revolution is the reboot version of the original game. The game was set for development by Crytek but due to some issues, the project was handed over to Dambusters Studios. Soon after its release, the game reportedly suffered several performance and technical issues. This appears to be the reason behind the game’s unpopularity and a mixed reception. However, the studio has been working to address the issues with the updates for a while.
