This afternoon, CD Projekt Red announced the launch of their upcoming title: Gwent: The Witcher Card Game at E3. Yes, the “game within a game” more famous in recent years will receive its own standalone version for PC, consoles and mobile devices.

Among other features, the new card game and strategy, it will feature feature online multiplayer, a campaign for single player and a set of rules that will remain fairly close to what we already experience in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Considering the problems of balance that had the game in its version of “mini-game” does not seem very strange.

Registration for the closed Beta is now available for PC and Xbox One user, while there is still no news on for platforms. The beta begins in September, so its not a bad idea rescanning Skelliga taverns and Novigrad to go and practice our strategies.
