Among the various titles presented during the convention of the Game Awards 2019, the Godfall has carved out a special place. Because the new game of Gearbox and Conterplay Games has become the first title to be officially announced for the new PlayStation 5 console. The game, in addition to the new Sony platform, will also come to PC the PC platform.

The trailer below, which you can see in 4K at 60 FPS, was captured with the game’s graphics engine.

With a short trailer, Gearbox boasts a very good graphic section in Godfall. The game will be a “looter-slasher” RPG, with notable points to mention as third-person fighting, a large number of loot items in the form of legendary items and much more. The game also has a cooperative mode for three players, since Godfall has been designed to be played in its online mode, which will allow us to go through its world alone or with two other users at our side.

“We’re innovating with Godfall to provide a fresh take on action RPGs by rewarding skill-based offensive gameplay and making every hit matter,” Keith Lee, Counterplay Games CEO and Godfall creative director, said in a statement. “Namely, we want to feed into that yearning for the next best piece in your character build, so we plan to provide plenty of loot to players to ensure there’s meaningful impact to gameplay and playstyles.”

Officially, it is the first exclusive of PlayStation 5 and PC, and will reach the market in 2020. With regard to the PC platform, the game will arrive exclusively through the Epic Games Store.
