During the Gamescom 2016, Microsoft and The Coalition showcased for the first time the fourth iteration of the Gears of War saga “Gears of War 4” running at 4K resolution, and the results speak for themselves.

The gameplay demo corresponds to the chapter entitled “rescue”, where JD and Kait face a great unknown enemy through an old fort COG. On their way, they meet for the first time, two fierce enemies Swarm: Drones and Pouncers.

Gears of War 4 – System Requirements 

Microsoft has also revealed the minimum requirements, recommended and ideal system requirements of Gears of War 4 Windows version. As we can see below in all configurations, updating the Windows 10 to anniversary edition is required to power by quad-core processor and 80GB of disk space. If, the game size is 80GB then we know that the textures will be good.


Gears of War 4 is available for pre-order in two different versions. On the one hand, we have the standard edition for $59.99 to Standard and Ultimate Edition for $99.99 too. The game will be released worldwide on October 11 this year for Windows 10 and Xbox One. Those who have pre-ordered Gears of War 4 will receive the following three unique characters:

“Tomorrow Anya”,  named after the famous words “Tomorrow Marcus. We finally Have a tomorrow. “Uttered at the end of the Locust War. His appearance will be the one already seen in TV commercials game, where it was presented as the mother of JD Fenix.

“Old Man Marcus , “ a version of Marcus Fenix aged, demonstrated during the brief demo of E3 2016. 25 years after the Locust War, and has been quite some time since Marcus and the Coalition have separated. His facial hair has credigo significantly and regular kit has been replaced by civilian clothing.

“Zombie Dom”, designed as a tribute to best friend Marcus, Dominic Santiago.
