Gears of War 4 is among one of the most anti-cipated shooter of this year, headed for release in the next couple of weeks for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs. Earlier, the game was announced for Xbox One only, while the studio later confirmed the game for Windows 10 systems as well.

During recent past months, developers at The Coalition studio have been providing details related to the game, graphics settings on the PC and new gameplay footages and recently, the official Twitter account of Gears of War confirmed that the pre-load option for the digital buyers will be starting from Tuesday at 5 PM PDT, also revealing the game’s size which is around 54.6 GB.

Later, in another tweet, he also confirmed that the pre-load on the PC version will be available very soon and will be available before the official release of the game.

The game requires a big space on the hard disk of Xbox One, while the size is bigger on the Windows version, requiring around 80 GB of the hard disk. Gears of War 4 is among the games supported with Microsoft’s Play Anywhere feature, requiring the players to purchase a single digital copy that will be playable with the both platforms with shared game achievements and progress.

The game is set for release on October 11th for PC and Xbox One, while the buyers of Ultimate Edition will be granted four days early access to the game. Stay tuned for more updates!
