Forza Horizon 4 was launched earlier this month and the new entry in the franchise received very well response from the gaming community, claiming new records the history of franchise.

A few days ago, we reported that the Forza Horizon 4 successfully managed to become the fastest selling game in the series. New reports suggests that the game has been played by 2 million players in just one week of its release. Microsoft revealed some interesting stats related to the game, with players driving over 822.7 million miles.

Other data suggests that more than 4.6 million hours of the gamelay videos have been watched over the internet, on Twitch, Mixer, YouTube and Facebook by Tuesday, October 9th. The Forza community now owns more than 74.4 million cars and purchased properties worth more than 4.1 million. Lastly, more than 377.7 million roads were discovered by the players.

The game was praised by many Xbox One gamers, and it is claimed to be the best Xbox One exclusive of this year. Studio director at Playground Games stated that the team is “humbled by the overwhelmingly positive feedback we continue to receive from players around the world.

Indeed the game turned out to be a success for the studio not only on Xbox One but the PC version as well. Forza Horizon 4 was very well optimized on the PC, specially compared to the previous installment in the franchise which faced issues with the CPU optimization.
