Earlier this year, one of the most anti-cipated game of recent years, the Final Fantasy XV was confirmed for release on September 30th this year. The announcement of a release date revived hope among many fans who were eagerly waiting to get their hands on a game which was originally announced 10 years ago, back in 2006.
Final Fantasy XV Reportedly Delayed Until Late November
Apparently, things were not good with the long development of Final Fantasy XV such as, Hajime Tabata joining the studio as a director and designer for the game in 2012 and the game being confirmed for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, a new report published by Gamnesia indicates that the game won’t be released next month.
According to the report, the Final Fantasy XV will be released on November 29th worldwide. The delay report was based on a source within the GameStop management, who confirmed that the Square Enix has decided to delay the game’s release, which will be later announced officially within some days, most probably tomorrow (August 14th).
Similar kind of report was also published by Gematsu, which confirmed the base report was indeed true and the game is indeed delayed. The game was scheduled for release on September 30th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. During SIGGRAPH 2016, a PC version of the game was hinted during Square Enix’s presentation.
