Besides the large graphics cards, EVGA has other big news, as X99 motherboard race is going on nowadays and EVGA also plans to jump on it with the release of its three bad boys named as EVGA’s X99 Classified, X99 FTW and X99 Micro. All three of them will support Intel Haswell-E and new DDR4 memory. For today we closely see little bomb the X99 Micro. All in the reference, it is a Micro-ATX motherboard, but equipped with full ATX motherboard features, equipped with the latest Intel X99 Chip.

The first jump of eyes directly goes towards the eight slots for DDR4 memory with support of up to 64Gb @2667MHz and more via OC. Naturally compatible with different RAID SATA 6Gbps on six ports, while the three PCI-E x16 (16 x 8 x 2 + 1) allows us to do SLI / Crossfire in 2-Way and 3-Way. As often, there is a M.2 location (E) wedged between the slots.
On the back I/O including 10 USB ports, including 4 USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet port and the (analog + optical) audio connections necessary to make juice out Realtek ALC1150 chip.
