NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 customized variants will be showcased at Computex 2016. Today we have some pictures of EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW and EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SuperClocked, both with a striking aluminum accent shroud in silver hiding the cooling system. In both cases the appearance is almost same, apart from the absence of at least one cooper Heatpipe copper in FTW and also the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SuperClocked will feature the LED lighting system.
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SuperClocked and GeForce GTX1080 FTW in Pictures
In terms of specifications, we have limited information, from the pictures we can see that EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SuperClocked will feature LED lighting system, backplate to evacuate more efficiently heat generated and the inclusion of two fans ACX 3.0 cooling. For now we don’t know that if EVGA is using customized PCB in new GPUs, but one thing is already confirmed that GPUs will be limited to the use 8-pin PCI-Express connector, so in terms of Overclocking they won’t stand a chance against the GeForce GTX 1080 from Zotac camp.
The EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Superclocked is looking impressive GPU we’ve seen till now from EVGA camp. On-board is EVGA’s ACX 3.0 cooling arrangement, which highlights dual ball-bearing fans, an enormous, thick exhibit of Heatsink blades that runs nearly the whole length of the card (linked together via heat-pipes), and a full-length backplate, which dons some vented accents. For now we don’t know the frequencies of both GPUs. EVGA will launch both new bad boys at Computex 2016.
