Leaving aside the fact that the game was cracked within a couple of hours of its release due to a build of the game on Steam that allowed access to the free executable file of Denuvo (thus demonstrating a huge difference in performance of +10 fps without such protection) , Devil May Cry 5 reached 89 thousand (88,894 to be exact) simultaneous users in PC, crowned as the fourth Japanese title with more simultaneous users in the history of the distribution platform of Valve.

In this way, Devil May Cry 5 is behind the popular Monster Hunter: World (peak of 334,684 thousand users), Dark Souls 3 (129,975) and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (91,195). It is also worth noting that the game has exceeded Dark Souls 2 (79,528) and the Resident Evil 2 Remake (74,227). All this taking into account that the game is not yet available in some regions of the world.

Devil May Cry 5 fficially launched today, and if you plan to purchase it on Steam, remember to download the corresponding new drivers for Nvidia cards (GeForce 419.35) and AMD (Radeon Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.3.1).
