Finally, developers at Bungie revealed the beta dates for upcoming Destiny 2. As per the details, the beta will kick off from July 18th, starting from the PlayStation 4 community.

Destiny 2 beta will be starting from July 18th at 10AM PT for those who pre-ordered the title for PlayStation 4 and a day later, i.e., on July 19th at 10AM PT for Xbox One audience who pre-ordered the title. While for the general public, the beta will kick off on July 21st on both the consoles, and will be ending on July 23rd.

Unfortunately, the PC players will have to wait a couple of weeks more as the studio plans to start the beta sometime during late August. The beta will have one single player mission, a Strike and some PvP content. According to Bungie, the studio is heavily focusing on the game’s story and new content such as weapons, powers and planets.

It appears that the PC version will be getting beta just a couple of days ahead of the game’s official release on PS4 and Xbox One in the early September while for the PC, the release has been scheduled for October 24th.

Destiny 2 is a sequel to the online first person shooter game under development by Bungie. The sequel is set to bring single player campaign mode along with a ton of new content for the players. The game releases on September 6th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One while a month later on the PC platform. Stay tuned for more updates!
