Japanese Gaming Magazine, Esutera shared details of the first expansion pack for the Dark Souls 3 which will be released after two months.

According to the report, the first DLC for Dark Souls 3 will bring new weapons, new magic, and a PvP-exclusive map. The DLC will be released on October 25th and will be available for 1,200 yen in Japan (around $12). While the studio will also be offering a season pass for about 2,000 yen (around $20) which will include the second DLC along with original PlayStation 4 theme.

One image was also revealed, showcasing the snow covered area which appears to be related to the new map or a part of single player mode, however, Bandai Namco will be revealing full details on the matter soon through a news update or may be press release. The report suggests that the new PvP map will called as “Immortal Competition”. A few minutes ago, official PlayStation twitter account confirmed the release date of the first DLC, named as “Dark Souls 3: Ashes of Ariandel“. However, the tweet was later removed.
