Previously, we have seen the leaked roadmap of Intel’s 6th Generation Skylake Processors along with released date. Intel Skylake Processors will be declared in IDF ’15 and will be dispatched in the market only after a month, in September. Intel Skylake Processors are using the LGA 1151 Socket interface. Intel Skylake corresponds to the Intel 100 series chipset, including the Z170, Z150, Q170, Q150, B150 and H110. Now one more has made an entry in the race of manufacturing motherboards.

Along with the GeForce GTX 980 Ti Ymir-G, the company Colorful showed its high-end motherboard, the Z170-G Colorful Ymir, which is featuring LGA1151 socket is backed by a more than generous VRM of 18 power phases and it is also adequately cooled by a large aluminum heat sink which may be attached to a water cooling circuit. The socket is attached to four DDR4 DIMM slots supporting up to 64 GB of memory DDR4-3000 MHz in dual channel configuration with three PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots and three PCIe x1.
