The folks at Digital Foundry bring us a performance comparison of the beta version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Xbox One Vs. PlayStation 4 Performance Comparison

The PlayStation 4  promises to run the game at steady 60 frames per second under a 1080p resolution, while the Xbox One succeeded at the last moment that its multiplayer facet passed a native resolution of 1600 x 900p. Both consoles are using the same Antialiasing AAWS T2x.

Unfortunately, we have no direct graphical comparison, but the PlayStation 4 version looks slightly better because obviously 1080p resolution, which also affects its performance, but not so negative, because in most cases the game is running at stable 60 FPS with small falls around 50 FPS for a short period of time.

The Xbox One can boast of offering an even stronger performance and lower inconsistency  around the frame rate per second, but we must also recognize that they must learn to use a less demanding resolution. In any case, the game looks really good on both consoles.
