EA DICE has been working on this year’s anticipated shooter Battlefield V which is scheduled for release later this year and the developers have revealed a brand new gameplay trailer for the Gamescom 2018.

The new game focuses on ‘untold and unseen’ story of World War 2, featuring a high level of destruction just like the previous games in the franchise. A new trailer named as ‘Devastation of Rotterdam‘ was revealed a few hours ago by the developers, showing gameplay mechanics and close quarter combat in the streets of Holland appears to be impressive.

The new trailer also sheds a light at the game’s new battle royale mode which will be available at launch. At the end of the trailer, we can see a ring of fire in an aerial view with some soldiers fighting against each other. Have a look into the new trailer right below;

Previously, we saw reports of the game having 8 multiplayer modes at launch, out of which three will be completely new and battle royale mode is included for the first time in the famous shooter franchise, let’s see how the mode keeps up with the players’ expectations. As of now, the company recorded low number of pre-orders of a Battlefield game in recent years.
