Battlefield 1 is all set for worldwide release within next few hours, enabling us to have a closer look at the great war. Though most of the players have been able to play the game though the First Play Trial, which allows access of 10 hours to the single player campaign and multiplayer combined.

Last week, the publisher EA announced that the company will be handling rental server program for the Battlefield 1 by themselves, without involving any third party company as it used to be the case with previous games in the series. Lately, EA detailed the rental server system for the game, along with the features and prices. As mentioned previously, the rental server program will be released sometime in November. Below are the prices revealed by the publisher;

PC

  • 1 day: $2.99
  • 7 days: $11.99
  • 30 days: $42.99
  • 90 days: $99.99
  • 180 days: $149.99

PLAYSTATION® 4 / XBOX ONE

  • 1 day: $1.99
  • 7 days: $7.99
  • 30 days: $26.99
  • 90 days: $64.99
  • 180 days: $99.99

Some features of the rental server program were also shared by the publisher, who mentioned that the players can enjoy the features such as ticket count, bullet damage, modes, weapons, and maps, and some other perks. One highly requested feature will be the ability to kick/ban players from one’s server is under works and will be released after the program’s launch.

“First off, we will be able to secure the quality of the actual hardware. Since the servers come from the same provider, it will give everyone the same uniform experience. Furthermore, if you have questions or need help, you will be able to reach out to EA Support directly instead of third party support”

Recently, EA released the Battlefield companion app for the Android, iOS and Windows Phones to help the players in keeping up with their game progress, classes, and more. Battlefield 1 is set for release on October 21st for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Stay tuned for more!
