Asus announced the launch of its high-end Ultrabook, the ZenBook 3 Deluxe (UX490UA), a notebook built with an aluminum chassis that has an 14 inches IPS panel with Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels protected by the Gorilla Glass 5 to give it a shock resistance. The new Ultrabook will be available in two variants: the most economical uses an Intel Kaby-Lake Core i5-7200U @ 3.10 GHz processor with integrated graphics HD graphics 620 and the Intel Core i7-7500U @ 3.50 GHz, which shares the same GPU and the same number of physical (2) and logical (4) cores. These processors may be accompanied by up to 16 GB of RAM LPDDR3 memory @ 2133 MHz.

In terms of storage it will feature an SSD SATA III 256GB with SSD M.2 of 512GB or 1TB of capacity, a backlit keyboard, two USB 3.1 ports, fingerprint reader, WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.1 802.11ac + a 4 – cell battery (46 WHRS) that promises up to 10 hours of battery life and fast recharge (60% charge in 49 minutes). It runs under the Windows 10 Pro 64 – bit operating system, and all fit into a chassis with 12.9 mm thickness giving a weight of 1.1 kilograms. Its price was not announced.
