ASRock disclosed the latest workstation motherboard equipped with Intel X99 Chipset, look like Asus style, but looks great, we’ll take a look.
ASRock X99 WS workstation motherboard revealed
This product is called the ASRock X99 WS for the Workstation, as the name suggests it’s equipped with X99 chipset, supports LGA2011-3 processors, which is about to release on the 29th of this month.
Motherboard with Super Alloy cooling technology (that the white chunks of aluminum radiators), there are eight DDR4 memory slot, supports up to 128GB, 10x SATA 6.0 Gbps interface ports, an Ultra M.2 (PCIe 3.0 x4) interfaces, most domineering are six PCIE x16 slots, SLI and CrossFire naturally also supported. Others include dual Intel Gigabit Ethernet card, Purity Sound 7.1 channel graphics, an eSATA 2, and 4 USB 3.0 , Debut LED and so on.
As for the price is still unknown. Though we expect the board to become available around the same time as the Haswell-E CPUs are to debut, which is rumored to be August 29.
