ASRock announced the launch of its top-of-the-range graphics card, the Radeon RX 5700 XT Taichi X 8G OC +, as its name implies, arrives with factory overclock which translates into Base / Turbo frequencies of 1885/2040 MHz, so it is within normal range compared to many other models with custom design.

We find a fully customized PCB powered by a 10 + 1 phase VRM (vs 7 + 1 of the reference design), which is reinforced by a metal frame. An advanced cooling system consisting of a large aluminum radiator that is divided into two parts and backed by 5 copper heatpipes with 6 mm thickness.

All this is hidden under a housing with a triple fan design where in the center of the fan center, we find an ARGB LED lighting system for greater customization. All this makes the graphics end up occupying 2.5 PCI expansion slots, and powered by two 8-pin 8-pin PCI-Express connectors.

The information of the ASRock Radeon RX 5700 XT Taichi X is completed with high quality components, a dual BIOS design, an aluminum backplate to further strengthen the PCB and significantly improve its visual aesthetics, and the most important thing remains to be known, its price.

Coupled with the previous Phantom Gaming and Challenger graphics cards, the new series-production model — Taichi X is the first joint appearance of this visionary model to ASRock’s design and is unquestionably the highlight of the ASRock graphics card product line.
