AMD Poland has officially announced that the suggested (retail) price of AMD Radeon RX 480, variant with 8Gb GDDR5 will cost 229 dollars, slightly higher compared to the 4Gb memory model with $199.

Suggested (retail) price is 229 USD (for 8GB model, 199 for 4GB). The price in Polish zloty will be determined closer to the launch, to avoid differences in exchange rates.

 

But the main problem is its price at launch as the graphics card is already listed in some countries with taxes followed by a limited stock. For now AMD Radeon RX 480 8GB is listed in some stores for more than 270 euros.

In the absence of custom model leaks, it is confirmed that on 29th June ‘only’ RX 480 reference design will be relesaed. This news is also confirmed by the workers of Overclockers.uk. According to the largest online computer store in UK, the cooling system of the reference graphics card is quite and provides good thermal dissipation . Unfortunately, now it is the mystery that when we will see first custom variant of Radeon Rx 480.
