AMD at PCGaming show announced its new flagships Radeon R9 Fury X and R9 Nano, these two cards are based on Fiji GPU core and HBM stackable memory. The top Radeon R9 Fury X using water cooling system, Radeon R9 Nano is a low-power air-cooled short PCB version and the TDP were only 275W and 175W.

The Radeon R9 Fury X is much compact in the size the credit goes to the HBM which is much compact in size and also about 9X faster than GDDR5 according to analytics. The interposer die on which HBM and core size is about 1000mm2 in size. AMD Radeon R9 Fury X PCB length is 7.5 inches /19.05cm, based on Fiji XT core, with 64 computing units, a total of 4096 stream processors , 256 texture units, 64 ROPs, the highest core frequency of 1050MHz, equipped with 4GB / 4096-bit HBM clocked at 500 MHz and pumps out 512 GB/s bandwidth.
For display output it is featuring three DisplayPort and one HDMI. The Thermal Desin Power is only 275W so you need only two 8pin auxiliary power supply connectors. There is a row of LED lights on the interface, it can display the graphics load conditions. As the Graphic card is using Hybrid Cooling it is provided by CoolerMaster, OEM one-piece water cooler. The card is also equipped with a switchable dual BIOS function. The card also supports DirectX 12, Vulkan (new OpenGL) and Mantle API.
The Radeon Fury X is not only the shortest, but also the High-end coolest Graphics card from the Camp of AMD. It runs at 50c under full load with 32dB (2500 RPM with 52.25 CFM @ 32.8 dBA (max speed at 12V)). The PCB is 7.5 inches long making it by far the smallest of any high end graphics card. Primarily thanks to the new stacked memory technology, which saves 50% of PCB area that would otherwise be occupied by GDDR5 memory chips.

Apart from Radeon R9 Fury X AMD has also unveiled the little beast. The AMD Radeon R9 Nano is shorter in length, only six inches /15.24cm, TDP low as 175W, need only a single fan cooler, but not yet published detailed specifications.
In addition, according to foreign media briefing, AMD has prepared a second adoption Fiji Pro core flagship R9 Fury, with air-cooling solution, but in this conference are not mentioned.
AMD Radeon R9 Fury X will be lifted on June 24 and officially listed, foreign price of $ 649.99, R9 Nano will be in the third quarter, priced at $ 449-499, as mentioned above the air cooler version of R9 Fury will be available from July 14 with a price tag of $549.99.
