At the moment the SSD PCI Express M.2 size is rare, Apart from the Samsung XP941. SSDs with this size is the desire of everyone. And yet, Intel has integrated support for PCIe SSDs in their new Z97 and H97 Chipsets. ADATA is now on the list as they come with the teaser picture of their PCIe SSD M.2, named as SR1020NP (Need to make the name more complicated).

Apart from the teased image some information is also revealing. We know that it will be available in the market with 1Tb SSD version and will equipped with a SandForce controller LSI-3700 series natively supports PCI Express interface in version 2.0 of 4 lines to a theoretical throughput 2 GB/s. This controller is expected to reach 1.8 GB /s in sequential read and write against 150k and 81k IOPS random read and write. The ADATA SSD will be presented at Computex in June.
